Join us for 1 1/2 days of meeting new people, making connections, and setting goals. Featuring local leaders, community activists, farmers, ranchers, educators, and people like you!
Come prepared to share your experiences, ideas, and energy on: improving access to healthy foods for everyone, growing sustainable farms and ranches, and empowering local communities.Wednesday will feature an afternoon discussion of policy initiatives to help move forward food and farm issues. Guest speaker Crissie McMullan will talk about working with Grow Montana to develop local food policies, build coalitions, and bring local foods to schools. Thursday we will spend the morning mapping our resources in regional breakout groups, and in the afternoon we will set goals for ourselves on the state level.
